I recently collaborated with Julia Kuzmenko McKim from Retouching Academy to publish a three-part article on the subject of storytelling in photography, especially in concept photography and I’d like to share it with my blog readers as well. I strongly believe that thinking about the story can increase every photographer and visual artist’s awareness of their subject matter and give them strong directions how to proceed with it.

Visual storytelling, conceptual, fine art, whatever you’d like to call it, all of it is extremely rewarding on so many levels.
